Ranjini Suryanarayanan Experience: 15 years Ranjini, a Counselling Psychologist with expertise in addressing stress, anxiety, self-esteem, low motivation, relationship issues, work-life balance, and mild to moderate depression, works with clients between the ages of 15-40 years. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology and is proficient in various techniques including CBT, ACT, Gestalt therapy. Ranjini takes a collaborative and eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the individual strengths and limitations of her clients. Her aim is to provide a safe space for exploration of issues, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Behaviour Activation, Mindfulness and Humanistic models to support clients in becoming self-therapists. In addition to her psychology background, Ranjini holds a Master’s degree in Management – HR and has a decade of experience in the corporate world. She has worked with individuals to set goals, increase motivation, manage stress and depression, and conducted training sessions on communication and leadership. In her HR role, she has positively impacted over a thousand lives and played a pivotal role in supporting people to streamline and achieve their goals. She has undertaken various Consulting assignments in Education and Healthcare sector. Ranjini’s enthusiasm extends to empowering women to attain leadership roles within their respective organizations, and she conducts specialized training sessions aimed at women in the workforce.
