“We understand that you may have concerns about refunds for our services at Reboot. While our services are generally non-refundable, we do have provisions in our Terms and Conditions for exceptional cases where a refund (minus GST) may be provided. We recommend that clients start by booking a single session and then decide on a package once they are confident that the sessions are effective for them. While we do not offer refunds for our services, we can provide therapist replacements to ensure that you receive the support you need.
