Developmental Tests

DST – Developmental Screening Test

This assessment gives a snapshot of the child’s overall development from birth to 15 years old. It helps to identify potential delays early on by assessing key areas like motor skills, speech and language, and social interaction.  The DST also identifies if a child has achieved developmental milestones earlier in any domain, which can be helpful information for parents and caregivers. This information is collected through an interview with the primary caregiver of the child.

DP- 3 – The Developmental Profile-3

This assessment is used to understand a child’s development across various domains such as physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive behavior between the ages of 0-12 years and 11 months. It can help pinpoint areas where the child might need additional support and the information is collected through an interview with the primary caregiver and through observation/interaction with the child.
